Jade’s Vegan Mushroom Paté

March 1, 2015
Serves 2-4 People

Recently, I went to an amazing vegan/veggie restaurant in Amsterdam, in the historic Jordaan district called De Bolhoed.  One of the most highly recommended items on the menu was their mushroom paté, which I had to order out of curiosity.  Today, I attempted to make my own version of this delicious savoury starter and it was a wild success!

This is also an AMAZING spread on sandwiches!

So, without further ado, here is the recipe:

Yakitori Tofu

March 1, 2015
Serves 12 Skewers

Tofu recipes come and go, but here is a great spin on a Japanese-style kebab classic.  If you aren’t feeling the tofu thing, you can easily substitute with big mushroom pieces or tempeh.  The vegetables can also be switched out if you want!

These vegan kebabs are great for parties, a side dish, or a main course!

Vegan Cheezy Stuffed Mushrooms

This is a great vegan appetizer that will leave your guests shocked that its actually vegan.  Or hell, eat them as a main course because they are big and tasty enough to steal the whole show.  Makes 8 mushrooms.

*Note*  This recipe can be gluten free, all you need to do is use gluten free breadcrumbs!

I absolutely adore vegan spring rolls, and if you chill these gorgeous vegan summer spring rolls you will always have a refreshing vegan snack to hand when you are fighting off the summer heat with one of my best vegan recipes.

These refreshing vegan spring rolls are the perfect vegan summer snack, and best of all, they are really quick and easy to make, which is why they are one of my favorite vegan recipes!

The instructions for making vegan spring rolls are probably the easiest you will ever find of any of my vegan recipes! I haven’t included measurements because nearly everything included can be changed to taste!
