Dill’s Vegan Ranch Dressing

Here’s another recipe that my friend Jessica came up with.  If it were safe to post her address on here so we could all send her a thank-you note for perfecting this recipe, I would do it.  But for now, I recommend just making a big bowl of it and eating it with our Vegan Buffalo Wings or use it for dipping your favorite veggies in!


  • 1 Cup
    Vegan mayonnaise (VEGANAISE works best, I think it has the best flavor of all the fake'naises out there)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Soy creamer (Unsweetened, not vanilla)
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Dill (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Nutritional yeast (to taste)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Onion powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Black pepper
  • Dash of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste


  1. The method is simple. Throw it all in a bowl and mix it up. Then get to snackin'!
