Spicy Thai Satay Sauce

Here’s the recipe for that deeelicious peanutty dipping sauce that you get at the Thai restaurants!  Hooray!

I don’t even need to give you instructions on this vegan recipe, just throw all these ingredients in to a blender and you are good to go!


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    Smooth peanut butter
  • 1
    Bundle of Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup
    Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Soy sauce
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1
    Green Thai chili (seeded)
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Easy as that, blend to a smooth consistency (to your taste) and enjoy!
