Vegan Cuban Mojo Sauce

Our Vegan Cuban Mojo sauce recipe is the perfect vegan dipping sauce for a wide array of Cuban and Caribbean snacks!

This vegan Cuban salsa brings a lot of flavors to a simple recipe!


  • 6
    Medium garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Lime zest
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    Orange zest
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 Teaspoons
    Ground cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
  • 1/2 Cup
    Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Cilantro (minced)


  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and pulse until everything is finely chopped. While the blender is still running, add the oil slowly until its emulsified. Then, taste and season again with salt and pepper if necessary. Keep refrigerated.
