Vegan Mini Cherry Pies

There’s nothing better than a good old cherry pie, but far two many of my friends seem to have given up this delicious treat over the years. It’s surprisingly hard to find a good vegan cherry pie, but the good news is, it’s not hard to bake one yourself.

For the pie crusts in this recipe we suggest using our easy vegan pie crust recipe!

We really hope you enjoy this vegan cherry pie recipe, it’s great for a vegan 4th of July!


  • Pie Crust
  • 1 1/2 Cup
    Tart Cherries
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F

  2. Roll out pie crust on floured surface and cut out eight three inch circles and push gently in to a greased muffin pan.

  3. Melt butter and mix together with the flour, sugar and salt. When the mixture has been mixed add the cherries.

  4. Place mixture in to pie crusts and place in oven. bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the crust is a golden brown.

  5. Leave the mini vegan cherry pies to cool for at least 30 minutes. Once cooled, remove from pan.

    If muffins are sticking, lightly pry away with a knife or toothpick.
