Mix everything and add the water last. Add the water slowly, while mixing, and stop adding once you have a thick batter. Deep fry in small batches until golden brown. Set on the rack and let cool slightly. Serve with a vegan dipping sauce or with a wedge of lemon over salad! Enjoy!
